A New Orleans region pie. The pumpkins we use depend on the time of year. The vegetables are fried with the spices, then tomato and lime juice is added and left to simmer so that the sauce thickens. A mild to medium-hot pie.

Butternut Squash, Onion, Leek, Celery, Garlic, Chilli, Thyme, Cumin, Lime Juice, Wholemeal Flour, Pure (Vegan margarine alternative), Water, Salt, Black Pepper
Storage 
Refrigerate below 5°c. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase, consume within 3 months, defrost thoroughly before cooking

Preheat oven to 170°c, place pie on baking tray and cook for 20 mins
